Shipping
How long does shipping take? expand_more
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We ship via USPS or UPS.
Is shipping free? expand_more
Yes - orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 have a flat rate of $10. We ship to USA addresses only.
What does the packaging look like? expand_more
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There is nothing on the outside of the package that identifies Injecta Supply or the contents.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods are accepted? expand_more
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Square secure payment system. Card details are tokenised client-side and never touch our servers.
Do I need an account to order? expand_more
No account required. You can check out as a guest using just your email and shipping address. You can create an account after your first order to track future orders more easily.
Can I track my order without an account? expand_more
Yes - visit the Track Order page and enter your email address and order number. Both are included in your order confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? expand_more
Due to the nature of medical supply products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photo proof and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
How do I request a refund or replacement? expand_more
Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Open the relevant order and click Request Refund or Request Replacement. You will be asked to select a reason, describe the issue, and upload photo proof. We review all requests within 2 business days.
Products
Are your products medical grade? expand_more
Yes. Every component we stock is sourced to clinical standards. We do not carry consumer-grade substitutes. If a product listing does not meet medical-grade specifications, we will not stock it.
What is the minimum order amount? expand_more
The minimum order value is $40. This ensures orders are economical to ship and pack. You will see a prompt at checkout if your cart is below the minimum.
Account
How do I create an account? expand_more
You can register at any time from the Login page. Alternatively, after placing a guest order, you will be offered the option to create an account on the order confirmation page - your order will be linked to it automatically.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? expand_more
Go to the Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour.
